CONCEPT DESIGNER
A Studio
A Studio Architects is a boutique architecture and design practice, specialising in residential and development design.
From the outset, the aim with NXN has been to create a unique living environment. A Studio Architects developed the concept design and architectural vision, and will have an ongoing hand in the design development, making sure every detail is not only aesthetically pleasing but offers great functionality too.
As well as the concept design, A Studio has responsibility for the interior fit out of NXN.

Beca is one of the largest employee-owned professional services consultancy companies in Asia-Pacific.
Beca’s integrated design team brings together architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture expertise in a truly unique collaboration. Beca also provides a full range of engineering services, planning, project and cost management, land information, asset management and software services.
Beca’s design practice focuses on designing for people, and brings the creative thinking required to transform buildings and public spaces – like Port Vila’s Portside Precinct in Vanuatu, Lion’s iconic NZ$250 million manufacturing and warehousing facility in Auckland, and the recently completed refurbishment of the Christchurch Art Gallery.

Dominion Constructors
Dominion Constructors is a long-established family-owned construction company, and is one of the construction industry’s largest employers.
Projects include multi-storey towers, education facilities, hotels and apartments. Some of Dominion’s better known commissions include the Vero building; the Price Waterhouse building; apartments at 11 The Mount (Mount Maunganui); Heron Apartments, Parnell; The University of Auckland Business School and St Cuthbert’s Performing Arts Centre.
One of the company’s recognised strengths is the number and calibre of its people, enabling the company to resource projects mainly from within its own ranks.
DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Development Advisory Services
DASL has been at the forefront of residential development in Auckland since it was founded in 2010. Current projects include the newly created master planned community of 600 new homes at McLennan Park, the Fenchurch and Overlea redevelopment projects in Tamaki with 550 houses and a soon-to-be released housing project in the central isthmus with 500-plus affordable houses.
DASL works with clients such as Templeton to identify strategic locations and assists them to create high quality design outcomes. The company is proud of its association with NXN which sets the new benchmark for quality well-located apartments with its close proximity to the village shops of Kingsland and immediate access to the train station. On completion the City Rail Link will provide direct access to the Auckland City Centre.
